The initiative “10,000 trees for Berlin”
According to this year’s tree report by the Federal Environment and Nature Conservation Germany (BUND), Berlin lacks 10,000 trees. The “HOLY WOOD – 10 000 Trees for Berlin” initiative was founded to compensate for this deficit.
In this context and on the occasion of the Berlinale, the artist Ralf Schmerberg set up the 14-meter-high and 52-meter-wide installation “HOLYWOOD” (Holy Forest) in the Tiergarten, which is played with four projectors in the evening.
We did the composeting and finishing for this projection. The animation of the sign was created for the website by Entega (sponsor).
